Products and availability
We sell clothing and related apparel. Product characteristics, available sizes, materials, prices and any made-to-order conditions are described on product pages. We aim to keep this information accurate and will contact you if an item becomes unavailable or if an error materially affects your order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Applicable VAT and any delivery charges are presented in the product information or at checkout as required by law. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to payment authorisation.
Orders and contract formation
Before placing an order, you can review the items, quantity, delivery address and total price. After you place an order, we send an electronic acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund of amounts paid.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout or in the relevant product description. See our Shipping and Delivery page for details.
Withdrawal, returns and conformity
Consumers have statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from most distance purchases within 14 days of receipt and rights in respect of goods that do not conform to the contract. Details and instructions are available in our Returns and Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Complaints and disputes
For complaints, contact grandfatherhoodies@gmail.com. We aim to resolve disputes directly. Consumers may also seek assistance from the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC) or other competent consumer dispute resolution bodies. These terms are governed by Latvian law, without depriving consumers residing elsewhere of mandatory protections applicable under relevant law.
Business orders
Orders placed by businesses for commercial purposes may be subject to separately agreed B2B terms, including quantities, customisation, production lead times and returns. Consumer-specific statutory withdrawal rights do not automatically apply to B2B purchases.
