Returns and right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. If an order is delivered in separate parcels, the period generally starts when you receive the last item.
To exercise this right, email grandfatherhoodies@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, your order number and contact details, before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping and refunds
For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise. We refund the payments received for the returned goods, including the original standard delivery cost where required by law. Any additional cost for choosing a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option is not refundable. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, and to other categories expressly excluded by applicable law. An item is not automatically excluded merely because it was ordered online or is not held in stock. We will identify any applicable exception before purchase.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If an item is defective, not as described or incorrect, contact us with your order details and photographs if possible. Your statutory rights relating to non-conforming goods remain unaffected by this withdrawal policy. Under applicable consumer law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, as appropriate. Where the seller is responsible for non-conformity, the legally required remedy and associated return costs will not be charged to you.
