BeGrandfather ships to the countries listed below. Shipping rates are in EUR and depend on the order value.

Free shipping applies from €50 for Latvia and the supported European destinations. It does not apply to the United States or Canada.

Supported European destinations outside Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

We do not deliver to other countries. Available delivery options and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

In-stock and made-to-order clothing may have different dispatch times. Any applicable production lead time is communicated on the product page or before purchase. Delivery estimates vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. We will deliver within the agreed period; if no specific period is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Customs and import charges

For shipments outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, the United States and Canada, import taxes, customs duties or clearance fees may apply. Unless explicitly included at checkout, these charges may be payable by the recipient according to the destination country's rules.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, email grandfatherhoodies@gmail.com with your order number. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
